🐦 Birding

Recently started! You can ask me my favorite bird facts. My favorite birds are currently the American Woodcock + American Goldfinch. I am VERY excited to have new favorites once moved to Australia.

🎬 Films

Recent favorite(s): Bugonia (2025), My Neighbor Totoro (1988)

🎨 Drawing, Painting

I submitted my art to competitions and fairs from ages 5-18; yes, competitive art! Nowadays I just doodle for fun and make paintings for my own home decor.

Pokemon Trading Card Game

I started collecting + playing the Pokemon card game in 2025. As of now, my favorite deck to play is Marnie's Grimmsnarl. My favorite Pokemon is Gloom, and I'm currently on a mission to collect every Gloom card ever made!

My retirement dream is to own farmland for hosting a 🌱 rescue and animal sanctuary. Besides my current cat Pearl and beloved dog Milo (2012–2024 🦋), I've been involved with volunteering and fostering animals for local shelters since 2019!

Here is a space for the lovely animals that I've gotten to know over the years!

Milo
★ Milo ★

The loveliest dog I could ever ask for! Adopted in 2019 from GPI in Seattle after being a rescued backyard racer. He healed a lot of hearts in his time. Crossed the rainbow bridge in 2024.

Pearl
★ Pearl ★

Loving, chubby, anxious, perpetually sick, cuddly, old-man-stuck-in-a-girl-cat-body! Adopted in 2024 from HARP in Pittsburgh. She isn't as grumpy as she looks; I just like this photo of her. :-)

Beetle
Beetle

Sibling of Raven. Just the most adorable cat I've ever seen! Had the cutest short stumpy body and warmed up after a bit. Loved to lick!

Raven
Raven

Sibling of Beetle. A bit sassy but tolerated me :) So beautiful, and she knew it!

Chicken
Chicken

Came in matted, scared of outside noise, not potty trained, but so full of energy and love. Left joyful, comfortable, and ready to be a wonderful family member (& indeed found a home quickly)!

Bulbasaur
Bulbasaur (grey)

Sibling of Pichu. Naturally very shy, but would come out if he saw his sibling adventure first!

Pichu orange
Pichu (orange)

Sibling of Bulbasaur. Super playful, brave, and the leader of his siblings!

Duck
Duck

Funniest cat I've ever met. Got his head stuck in various objects, stood like a human, and loved to watch basketball. Charmed everyone at the shelter -- so much so that he was adopted by one of the shelter staff!

Esme
Esme

Loved life and super friendly. I felt sad to see how many judged her from her appearance before getting to know her. Protective of me from the moment she met me! I miss her a lot.

Stella

I've never seen a cat shed so much. Came to me from a really unfortunate situation of a family member's friend, but was so resilient and confident!

Disco
Disco

The smarter and more cautious sibling to Hayley. Took time to warm up, then became a cuddly lovebug!

Hayley Williams
Hayley (Williams)

Sibling of Disco. Stubborn, brave, ambitious, out to conquer the world with her little mustache.

Pichu
Pichu

One of the Pokemon litter, and stayed with us the longest as the runt. SO cute and hilariously tiny.

Tina
Tina

So sassy, independent, and loyal to those she trusts! My sister's cat.

Pokemon litter
Piplup, Umbreon, Snorlax, and Pichu

The pokemon litter of 4! Quickly divided into the bigger siblings, who were adventurous and bold, and the smaler siblings who were much more shy.

Snorlax
Snorlax

Stared at me all day with love. Unfortunately, Snorlax was born with fatal internal organ issues. He was well-loved in his short time. 🦋

Pasha

One of my first fosters. Loved to use her jaw to shovel food mounds into her mouth. Easiest foster ever!
